I was very optimistic when I dropped my car off with these guys on a Friday morning. They were very friendly, knew I was from out of town, and assured me that they would try to squeeze me in to at least diagnose my problem before they closed Saturday evening. Well, they didn't even get a chance to look at my car until Monday and they had the car fixed by Tuesday. $2 worth of parts, but my bill was $175. Then while still on the expressway leaving town the car breaks down in the middle of traffic. Had it towed to Monroeville Honda where they say that the battery wiring was so corroded it just burnt out. So after paying Yenko $175 dollars in labor charges, they couldn't even check the car out to see if it was in drivable condition. I thought dealerships were supposed to be more thorough than the garage down the street, guess not....
