Beverly's Awnings

We just bought our home during the summer, which was a forclosure. Silly us, we didn't know we had to call the awning company to tell them not to come and take down our awning because we didn't even know who the awning company was. One day when we came home, the awning was gone. So then we had to search around different awning companies to figure out where our awning had gone. We finally found it at Beverly's Awnings. There were some minor issues with the awning that needed to be fixed and we paid to have the tear in the awning fixed. Well, when the awning was returned, it was just thrown on our back porch. When I requested to have the awning put back up with no charge, since I didn't request it to be taken down, they refused to do it. This place has poor business practice and don't you think if you had a client that didn't pay to have their awning put up and taken down for 2 years, you would call before you continued to service them?????
