User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNational City in Mount Morris, Pa is awful. Their policies are never the same from day to day. It is a guessing game on when your money is going to be available and which policy has changed since the last time you were there. It is sad to say that the tellers and bank manager, do not know what they are doing. There is only a few that work in there, you would think that 1 of the 5ish that work there, would have some idea of what customer service and bank policies are. Not to mention the bank keeps getting robbed. It has been robbed several times in the last few months. This is not a safe and reliable bank.
GO TO WAYNESBURG!! IT IS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE.

I feel the same way. I only use this bank because it is close. The policies do change from day to day. You have to get a paper and pencil and write everything down just to know the "new" rules. Then they change them again!!!I think most of the tellers are very hard to get along with.
