Actually, zero stars, but yahoo made me put at least one. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Had a couch delivered that was a "no fit" Talked to customer service and store managers and absolutely would not refund delivery. I had to ask 10 times to get my money back for the couch. They saw it their computer that it was "delivered!!" Still would not give my $90 for delivery. 90 dollars!!! Mark, the manager in Akron, was entirely unhelpful, and thinks delivery means driving by your house. Never again, levin, never again will we buy anything from you. May Chapter 11 see you in the future.
