User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood service, no pressure: Went in to look at the Civic. Jim Long was the salesperson who greeted me shortly after I walked in the door. I wanted to look and he gave me all the space I wanted while still be very available for questions. While they didn't have the exact Civic I was interested in (I wanted an LX, they had the next grade up), I got a test drive in a manual tranny. Jim spent a good deal of time with me, cooking up a possible payment price (Honda had a hard-to-beat percentage going on at the time). Village is a Smail place, which is also a good deal to me, though Smail isn't in the name of the dealership. Smail also offers life-time free PA inspections for as long as you own the car, which is a nice perk too.
All in all, I ended up buying a Civic LX. Jim located one the color I wanted with all the extras I wanted and had it to me at the time promised. Great dealership, great salesman. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them.
