Best pizza around. The original pizza sauce and crust are the best.

This place clearly needs to be taken down a peg. We ordered a party pizza and went to pick it up an hour later. The attendant had our name crossed off, said it had been cancelled by accident, and issued an insincere "sorry." We were told it would be another hour. After speaking with the manager on the phone, we supposedly negotiated a discount and a bit faster service. 1 hour later we returned to pick up our pizza. No discount was applied, so we had to wait for the manager again. Other patrons waiting there had just had the same experience and were told to return in an hour. They've had similar poor service and poorly prepared pizza in the past.
I don't get it. This place is supposedly a Latrobe mainstay, but the food is unremarkable, and the service is terrible. They clearly have become complacent and don't feel a need to remedy their mistakes. It will be a long time before I patronize Jioio's Restaurant again. If you have gone there for years, please reconsider. Maybe a drop in business will cause them to reconsider how they treat the customer base that has been so loyal to them for so many years.
