After seeing divergent reviews here, I recently visited Goo's for dinner. I have to say that the food was quite good and offered at a reasonable price. The place is "rustic" and could use some updating (some of the padded chairs have cracks in them), but if you are looking for a good meal at a fair price, the place is fine. In particular, I enjoyed a large strip steak. It was tender and tasty. As the menu points out, if you order your steak medium to well-done, it may not be as tender. This only makes sense. I ordered my steak mediuim-rare. Hope this is helpful.

Everything on the menu is great and you get large portions. Pizza is one of the best around. They don't rip you off with the toppings, large pieces of sausage and other ingredients are used for pizzas. Pasta and sandwiches are great. There are limited seats. The only complaint is that the upper bar/dining area is usually cold due to the front door constantly opening and closing. Downstairs portion of the place has a fancier feel. Salad bars are usually present on Fridays/Weekends. Highly recommend.
