User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is bad everytime I am in there. If the service is not horrible, then the food is bad. Usually it is the service that is the worst because you are waiting to be seated, wait forever to see a server and then wait along time for your food. It is a bad experience all around.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBeing a chain restaurant, I don't like to categorize Ruby Tuesday with the locally owned and operated establishments. I've been to MANY Ruby Tuesdays and they are all about par with each other. Their food is quality and they do feature new items and a rotating menu. I think their management takes time in picking and training staff, as they are usually much better trained than in other places. It's an expensive burger, but worth it in my opinion. The location is just fine and I am sure putting a hurting on the Ponderosa next door, though they do cater towards different demographics.
