It makes me cringe when I read the bad reviews. We have eaten there several times, and folks, it's a place where you go to DINE, not eat. Do things move slowly? Yes. But if you sit at the bar right in front of the awesome open kitchen you will see why things take longer than in chain places.
It's worth every penny we plunk down. I think the portions are PERFECT. I always hate getting such a huge plate of pasta and feel obligated to eat it all. And this stuff is hand made. People wonder why the prices are a little higher than in other McRestaurants...have you ever attempted to make pasta from scratch? It's a beast and a half.
I ALWAYS get meatballs. They're utterly amazing. They had a mussel appetizer special that was outstanding. Everything is either fresh, local, organic or some combination of the 3. It's food made with love.
It's the perfect place for a date night or for a girlfriends night...buy a bottle of wine, sit, talk, eat and enjoy each other's company. And if you have room, have some of the scratch-made tiramisu. Sinfully delicious!
Kudos to Nap's for providing this stuck-in-the-mud area a taste of real Italian cuisine.
Heard this place was awesome.NOT!!!!Way overpriced for all the more you get.Food was not that great either.Canned pasta taste better than theirs.Left hungry and had to stop elsewhere to get something good.
The food is an excellent quality, the price however is entirely out of line with this hole in the wall. Dinner for two $85.00 what are they thinking, retirement. No from my business they arent
