    i have to agree there is a receptionist or 2 there that are very rude and ignorant the dr seemed ok even though i did not see much of him and i have been waiting forever for my dental work to be completed and i stopped responding to the anti. i was on over a week ago so now my mouth is all infected and still waitingmonths later

    The girls in the front seemed like they did not want to do their job. They were very rude. And I was also responsible for calling the insurance company to see what they would cover and what they would not. I have never had to do this at any other office. It was the worst office help I have ever seen. Overall, Dr. Rice was a very nice man its just his office help that was horrible.

    I was not happy at this office. The front desk girls are really rude and do not want to do their job. I waited for over an hour to see the docter then he only talked to me for like 2 minutes. It was a complete waste of time.
