Horrible service and the cake was awful. The actual cake tated nothing like the samples we had in the shop and it looked awful. It looked like some teenager who took a decorating class thew it together as a project. The piping was uneven, the layers were off center and flowers were different sizes and smudged. It looked like it was put together in a hurry and it tasted horrible. I will never go back and do not recommend.

Horrible, horrible and HORRIBLE!!!: I hired Custom Cakes and Cookies to do my wedding cake. I found a picture in a magazine and asked if they could copy it. It was a pretty simple design and they said it wouldn't be a problem. When I got to the reception hall after the ceremony, the cake was set up and I almost died. It looked NOTHING like the picture. That in itself would not have been bad but the cake was supposed to be purple. Someone didn't mix the food coloring in the icing very good so the cake was many shades of purple and had darker streaks going through it. Also, it was lopsided because the middle layer was higher on one side. To top things off, it didn't taste like any of the samples we had in the store. It was a horrible experience and I would not ask them to bake a cake for my dog's birthday.
