The folks at Honda North have always treated the car buyers in my family with great respect. Jon Palmiero and his sales staff have sold us many cars over the years and we have had no complaints. For price, convenience, and service, it has to be Hond North for our family. Great job on our most recent purchase! Thanks!
These guys really know what they are doing -- my family and business have now purchased 4 cars through Honda North, and every transaction has been quick, efficient, and painless. From trade-in, through the buying process and financing, we have had such pleasant experiences that we simply will not go anywhere else. Service is also impeccable - the staff knows their cars, and have always taken great care of our vehicles. I saw the Honda President Award plaques on their walls, and can honestly say they are well earned and well deserved awards in recognition of their commitment to great customer service. If you are in need of a new Honda, or any type of used car, call Jon or Howard (the owners). They will personally see that you are well taken care of.
Worst shop I've ever been to. Excercises "take a whack at it" diagnostics - absolutely no clue on how to ferret-out problems other than to want to start replacing parts. Situation solved by replacing a $26 part that the dealer wanted over $130 for -- let alone 2 hours of labor when it was a 15 minute job including a 5 minute diagnostic effort -- can you say rip off? Glad I didn't fall for it -- and you shouldn't fall for their shenanigans either. A vo-tech hs class could do as well, even without an instructor.
