User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI spent $18.47 for everything but, the one thing makes me mad that I order 1 double stack VM wasn't right. I paid $5.29 and looks like a regular double cheese burger. I was very disapointed with the value. I could pay less then $4.00 dollars at MC Donald for their BIG MAC better than BURGER KING Double stack.. I hate to say this but, it's true. If you can't make peoples happy with their order, You guys better shut down. I really wasn't happy because my husband told me that they give me the wrong order.

we were not able to convince rick that our order was incorrect and w/ that rick had an attitude when speaking to my wife and when I got on the phone he was short and would not give me his last name, he asked if I could bring back the order but I was home, finally he gave me the # of his mngr. Previous to this experience, we spent alot of money at Burger King, but since this has happened, we will be sure to take our business to McDonalds. We will also be sure to share this experience with everyone we know.
