User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe log cabin is my favorite restraunt in the area. My favorite thing for dinner is the french dip sandwich. The meat is tender and juicy and the au jue is to die for. My fiancee always orders the seafood and it is always fresh and enjoyable. The service and atmoshere is polite and friendly and when the deck is open we always sit and conversate for hours after our meal. I would reccomend this restraunt to everyone if you are looking for great food, great quality, and a wonderful place to dine.

What an awful restaurant. I ordered fried oysters, I believe they had been thawed and refrozen (maybe twice) - several hours later I could still taste the "fishy" taste. My salad with blue cheese dressing, how about poor quality lettuce with a buttermilk type dressing that had some blue cheese crumbles. My wife had a French Dip Sandwich - how could you ruin a french dip? The Log Cabin Inn did it easily by using such poor quality meat it was very close to inedible. The servor asked if we would be interested in dessert - both of us were ready to leave long before that point.
The Log Cabin Inn is part of a group and it is easy to see that accountants run the restaurant. I don't believe any honest chef would ever prepare such poor quality items.
Be aware - just because the Log Cabin Inn has lots of cars and a waiting list, it does not provide the quality to match their prices. I would not return if I was granted a free meal. -
