The Best Pizza In New Castle, Pennsylvania: Mangino's has the best pizza in New Castle, Pa. They also make Pizza Greens and Pepperoni Rolls, Lamb Sandwiches, and variety of sandwiches and pizzas. They only place I buy pizza at.
