User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi've rented there a few times and it is hands down bar none one of the worst renting experiences of my life... the staff is very rude (except for the head manager lady) and the new releases aren't very new! There is one other store in town called showtime video...they know how its done! ...customer service is outstanding and the wealth of knowledge is astounding...they have one guy there that is a treasure trove of amazing knowledge...go there to showtime instead of movie gallery...they care about you and what you rent! movie gallery gets NO STARS IN THE RATING

For the most part it is a great place to rent movies and games but the last couple of times I have been in there it has been hard to find things and the staff has been very rude.
