I contacted this dealer after the closing of the dealership where my vehicle was purchased. I was having a problem with the brakes and the tv. The brakes where fixed and a fuse changed for the tv. Within 24 hours the fuse for the tv blew, so I contacted the service dept. to let them know it had blown and I need a appt. because there must be a short somewhere. After an hour and 40 min. I was told I would have to bring the vehicle back because there is a short. I had already told them when I made the appt. and when I drove the car in that there must be a short.. They informed me I would have to bring the car back and it could take all day to find the short, and "you probably want the tv fixed since it is still under warrenty". I of course said yes and that I would need a loaner for the day due to the fact that I have no one to pick me up at the dealership and my six year old twins and I would have to wait there. The first thing he asked was did you get it here, I don't see why he even had to ask if I bought my car there. The bottom line is it is under warrenty and the dealer I did get it as has been closed. Did I mention it is a Chrysler? He informed me that they only have three loaners and that they are out on very long jobs and he does not know when they will be back in. I am not in a hurry to get the job done but I would like it fixed. I informed the gentlemen I spoke with that my vehicle purchase is determined by the way I am treated by the service dept. I would never buy a vehicle there. My household has purchased 6 new vehicles in the last 6 years. This is not a dealership I would purchase a car from. I have decided to take my business elsewhere in hopes of finding a great service dept., and a future new car dealer.
