Penn Dragon Chinese Restaurant

We live in Clarion and go to Penn Dragon at least once a week for both dining in and take-out. it is wonderful and their specials are super cheap, they are actually less exspensive then a value combo at a fast food place and it tastes much better! Unlike the others that have posted reviews the food on the buffet has never been cold when we've dined in and it is absolutey delish! The staff is really friendly and helpful, I truly have never had a bad experience at Penn Dragon. BTW the curry chicken is out of this world!!!!!!

Every friday night my family orders in from the Penn Dragon.This week our car was unavailable so we tried their delivery service.We've had bad luck with using it before and usually have to drive there anyways to get the items they forgot to add in our bag.Tonight they forgot some of our order, which happened to be dinner for my two kids.I called them back and politely explained they had forgot some of our items and would appreciate them bringing it out with their next delivery.The woman on the line told me they were out of the particular items i had ordered.( I had ordered chicken lo mein, 2 egg rolls and crispy noodles with dipping sauce)These items are always on the buffet,which is the food they use for take out orders instead of making it fresh, so i couldn't believe that they would be out.I asked then to be refunded my money for those particular items.The woman told me that they dont give refunds and she would send those items out next time i ordered.I needed the food tonight for my family to eat.After that, she and i were disconnected on the phone.I called back then and I confronted her by asking if i came up there right now if those items wouldnt be on the buffet.She said I could come up and buy them if i wanted and told me i would have to pay for them.I explained to her that I had already paid for them when I received my order.Then this woman said oh sorry we are all out of that.I said that no one had told me that when I placed the order or called me back on the phone number i provided (which is written on my receipt) and i thought it unfair to accept my money for those items they couldnt give me.The lady said too bad and then I believe she purposely hung up on me.I called back again and asked the owner if I could please receive a refund for the mix up on the order.She kinda laughed at me and said that i wasnt getting a refund.By this time I was getting pretty upset.These people had my money, I didnt have my kids' food (which is a nightmare if you know what its like having hungry and tired small children), and I wasnt getting a refund.She raised her voice and started talking loudly over me.I stated that I was going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.She told me she welcome it and to "bring it on".Then she definately hung the phone up on me purposefully.I have always been a good customer and tipped generously.My family orders from there once a week, my women's church club meets there on saturday afternoons to conduct out business, and we order from there once a week at work.Guess what?I decided what we have for dinner in my house, I'm in charge of petty cash for the women's group and I'm the boss where I work.I would say thats quite a bit of profit that they wont be seeing from me anymore.

I was not happy last time I went here. The food was so stiif and dry you could probaly break the plates with them
