    Thanks to your review (Bubbles) I recently took a friend to Martino's. He ordered shrimp, etc., but as I conferred with the waitress about Lasagna versus the Linguine he ultimately changed his order to the same as mine ( Lasagna ). It was very good. We had salad and a small loaf of bread with it and also the garlic bread. It was totally relaxing and we were not rushed and the atmosphere was very nice.
    I had to chuckle at the brown paper being put on the tables though.
    A waste - of paper and their money -, I think, as they still have to occasionally wipe the table tops.

    Martinos is often under-estimated just because it is small and casual. But let me tell you what - it is the best place to eat in Franklin. The menu is very well rounded with tons to choose from. They have everything from italain pasta dishes (spaghetti, lasagna, linguini, gnocchis, ravioli, etc.)to all-american meals (fried chicken, chicken tenders, hot meatloaf, turkey, roast beef, stir-fry, liver, fish, shrimp, etc.) Not to mention they have great subs and wedgies. The subs are huge - 15 inches for a full sub! They also have any kind of sandwich you can think of hot or cold - reuben, club, pittsburgh, roll-ups, fish, hot sausage, hamburger, cheeseburger,etc. You can also not forget about the salads,appitizers, and homemade desserts. This restaurant really has quality food with a home-town atmosphere. They are known for the "best buns in town" so make sure you buy some bread or enjoy free rolls while you are dining in. The wait staff is always friendly and caring. This restaurant will knock your socks off and you have to try it! I highly reccomend it.

    Wide vatiety of italian food.They also have the best subs in town.My favorite place to eat in Franklin.
