   I have done business at Kraus Dept. Store since I was a little girl. My mother and grandmother shopped there often. As I got older, and on the way home from school, we used to stop to buy penny candy. The owners and staff have always been helpful. You can get so many things done there, from getting a key made, to buying paint, to paying utility bills, to having a new screen put in your storm window. They are great there

   biggest little store in town: if they don't have it, they'll find it. if they can't find it, it isn't available anymore.
   their best product is their customer service. their only flaw is that they aren't open all the time ( 24 hours). but then they have families too. the customer concern, ethics levels and hospitality take me back to a different time, a better time, time i wish we all could have again....
