Oh my gosh. Where to begin; it's hard to know. All I would remind buyers are a few rules that you can sometimes forget when you're so excited with "new car fever". No matter what you're told verbally, insist on them hand-writing in on your contract. Did he say he'd throw in this upgrade free of charge? Did he promise you other enticements? Lemme tell you...it doesn't mean squat. That's like lip synching..really! Insist it's written on the contract. Doesn't even have to be typed...hand written will do. Don't trust anything that is said about financing they arrange for you unless it's in writing. After all, when the negotiating on the cars price is done, it's easy to let them slip something by in the financing contract. Don't sign anything unless you completely understand what you're signing ...you are still the one in control at this point, so if you don't understand something, that's their problem..not yours. Insist they explain things better.
Really happy with my new honda and the service dept. These guys really know their stuff. When I came in to see about a recall, they knew everything about it and did it all for free. They even gave me a ride to the mall!
