ive had Joes hauling for many years. what a great garbage service it is. un known to many . t there always on time and pick up what i put out. also joe . does many things besides garbage servics , on weekends he dresses up as a spider and fights crime along 18 th street, and on hollidays , along his route he tosses change an candy to the kids , . so to you Joes hauling congrats to great service and the extra service u do for the community....... pay ur bill on time joes will pick it up on time ......pretty simple....

I've had Joe's hauling for a few months now and I'm really upset with their service. When I first called to set up service, they told me they'd take large items one time a month for free, but when it came time for them to do so they said they don't do that and charged me extra for it. Lately I've been having issues with them as far as paying them. I put their money in the mailbox and they never pick it up, then charge me late fees, remove the late fees and then forget which months I've already paid. The last time I called to straighten the matter out, they couldn't find me or my house in their records. They said they'd call me back but never did. I called back, same thing, never called me back. I called all day today, which is a Tuesday, and can't get a hold of anyone. They are supposed to pick the trash up tomorrow morning, but who knows if they will. They seem like nice people but are very unprofessional and need to keep better records.
