User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just called the store; they answered after one ring (after I selected #3 to speak with a cust. serv. rep) She was willing to answer my question without transferring me and gave me the info I was looking for in less than a minute. I've had nothing but good service at the store.

Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone promptly, and it often rings for minutes before they do.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't bother calling 'em: I hate this Best Buy!! I have tried to call the store on a number of occasions...rarely do they answer their phones (especially car stereo and customer service depts) -- even after letting it ring as long as ten minutes!!! If you are lucky enough to get an answer, not only are they usually rude when they answer, but they seldom know what they even have in stock. You see, I have learned to call ahead at this particular Best Buy because it has a tendency not to have sale items in stock...for the entire week. Anyway, growing tired of driving to Best Buy for nothing, I started calling ahead. They will tell you they have the video game, CD, whatever-have-you, and after you drive the ten minutes, or half-hour, or hour to the store, it turns out that they have been sold out for days!! My advice: try K-mart, Wal-mart, or Circuit City...leave Best Buy as a last resort.
