Why put up with price gouging on Subaru parts: Why not take the short drive to Ed Shults' dealership in Jamestown to pick up parts for your Subaru? New Motors has gouged their customers for years by raising parts prices 25% and more above the suggested retail prices.
If you live in the western part of Erie County, there's always Halpert Subaru in Mentor, OH. They are as customer friendly as Ed Shults' dealership.
Why put up with a business that treats customers with a kind of arrogance? They only want your money, ethics are not a priority there. How many TSBs are out on your Subaru? Check with a good mechanic... -

2004 kia: I purchased brand new Kia Rio the motor blew up and for 3.5 weeks i have been trying to get them to fix it. all i get are lies . todays answer is different from yesterdays. the woman at the service desk looked right at me and said she never talked to me, the manager said she was being fired and she wasnt he said my car was covered under warranty and the service manager says NO everyday has been a different answer. I know of 3 other people who had the same trouble DO NOT BUY FROM NEW MOTORS THE LIE AND WILL NOT BACK THE JUNK THEY SELL. The ads they run are even untrue. they cant even tell me who i bought my extended warranty through they dont even deserve a half star.
