    Penn Ave is great! It ain't the Ritz, for sure, but how can you beat $1.25 shots and beers?!? Dee is a great bartender, and Jeff is a great owner.

    What Great Service.: The Penn Ave is an experience you will never forget. The bar is extremely cheap and you have a good time that easy on the wallet. The best part about the Penn Ave is the service. Dee is an excellent bartender and keeps me coming back night after night! Everyone must experience the Penn Ave.
