Great Wall

I have been back in town since 2004 and Great Wall has always been my favorite Chinese Restaurant (there are other Great Walls in Salamanca and Olean but I think they are independent of each other). The food is reasonably priced, the staff is very efficient and deliveries are very prompt. My favorite dishes there are General Tso's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Fried Won Ton, Pork Lo Mein and many others. I especially make an order every Friday and they get it to me within 20 minutes. You get a lot of good, tasty food for a low price. Check them out. I personally think they are irreplaceable and a very important fixture in downtown Bradford.

The Great Wall is a good little Chinese restaurant in downtown Bradford, with good service and friendly staff. I ordered wonton soup, fried dumplings and chicken lo mein. All of these items were very good. The chefs were willing to prepare the Chinese vegetable dish in a white sauce without MSG. All the vegetables were perfectly cooked, but the dish was somewhat oily. The chicken and shrimp with broccoli dish had fresh vegetables, but only average flavor. No hot tea was available. Water was available in plastic cups. No ice was available, but the water was very cold. You are required to bus your own dishes.

Overall, what the Great Wall lacks in ambience, it makes up for with good food and friendly service. Recommended.
