Baby's has great burgers!: Kids ate free since we went on a Tuesday night. Kids enjoyed shakes while my wife and I enjoyed burgers and butterscotch sundaes. They close at 8 pm so get there early since diner is small.

Ah, Baby's: This joint serves up the finest Americana in State College. Be sure not to miss out on their Whimpy baskets. Their regular burgers are great as well and the milkshakes are top of the line. My personal favorite is the Black and White. Jukeboxes at every table and booth allow anyone to select the ambient music from a slew of oldies. If you visit State College, you can't miss out on Baby's.

Baby's Diner: Baby's, one of two State College 50's diners, is an excellent place to eat! The food is outstanding, but pales in comparison to the 50's style ambiance (including the fact that the waitresses there wear uniforms reminiscent of that era) and the excellent service. The waits there can be long, as seating is a premium during peak hours, and the food can sometimes take a while...but it's well worth it! The value there is a little better than most places in State College, although it's not a dollar-a-slice pizza...but then again, it tastes better than that anyway. :-)
