    Was in Mansfield for the 1890's week and had Pizza at Papa V's it was GREAT. Being from NJ we have a ton of Pizza places here but Papa V's was soooooooo Good. Heard about them on The Giant WNTE radio so I just had to go there. It was better than expected.

    I feel Papa V's has the best food around at a very good price. I really enjoy there pizza and sandwiches. I recommend Papa V's Pizzeria to anyone in or coming through Mansfield Pa.

    Papa V's has the best food in Mansfield and all of Tioga County. Their pizza and strombolis are the best I have ever had. The cheese steaks rock! I would recommend Papa V's to everyone. Their menu ranges from subs and salads to dinners and pizza, and their prices are the best in town!
