   WHAT A WONDERFUL STORE WITH A SWEET,"AIM TO PLEASE" OWNER!!!! AFTER GOING TO THE CINDERELLA SHOP & HAVING A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, MY FRIEND ASKED ME IF I WAS INTERESTED IN GOING TO A BOUTIQUE IN ANNVILLE.I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE VERY COSTLY, BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.I BOUGHT A MOTHER OF THE GROOM GOWN OFF THE RACK FOR MY SON'S WEDDING IN NOV.& WENT BACK TO SPECIAL ORDER A GOWN FOR MY OTHER SON'S WEDDING THIS JULY. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE DONE PROFESSIONALLY IN A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. THEIR LINE IS UNIQUE,AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOUTIQUE WHETHER YOU ARE A SIZE 2 OR 22!!!!!!!!!!!!

   I had the pleasure of going to Encore Boutique on Saturady 1/18/08; after a not very good experience at David's Bridal in Harrisburg. The customer service and attention I received was awesome. I am an "Older" bride getting married on May 17, 2008 and most of the wedding gowns now days are strapless and made for 20 year old's not 61 year olds. Pat and her adorable associate (don't know her name) bent over backwards to find me the perfect gown and they DID. When I tried it on it looked like it was made just for ME ... perfect fit does not need any alterations even the length was perfect and the style was suitable for an older bride. I even found a pair of shoes to match the gown. The prices were great and my over all experience was WONDERFUL to say the least!!! I would recommend any future bride to go to Encore Boutique for all her wedding needs. Thank you Pat for your great service .... you have such an outgoing personality and your aim is to please your customer and treat her like an old friend!!! Pat told me to bring my gown back to the store about a week before the wedding and they will steam it for me at no charge!!! I am so HAPPY that I decided to go there for my special wedding gown!!!

   I called to schedule an appointment, the only day I could get there was a Sunday b/c I had family coming from out of town. They told me they were closed on Sundays, then I was asked to hold. When the girl came back on the phone, she said that Pat ( the owner) will open for me on that Sunday. That was the first great impression I got. Then when we got there, her gowns were stunning, she was so down to earth and personable, not like a pushy sales person. She really wanted to help me find " THE DRESS" and she did! She helped create a very special memory for me. I found my gown and all of my bridesmaid's. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone!
