i went to see this guy for filling a gap after i had a tooth pulled. i stressed the fact that cost was a factor. he kept discussing impants that cost 3ooo dollars. we then agreed to a bridge because my insurance would cover half the cost. he explained that it would be completed after two visits. after the first visit, he discovered that i needed a root after drilling in my teeth. he explained that time was critical and the root canal needed to be completed ASAP because my teeth may shift and the bridge may not fit. approximately ten visits and two root canals later, the bridge did not fit and he blamed me. after the first root canal it took approximately 2 weeks to get in. after the second, i couldnt get an appointment for 3 months. he then blamed me for rescheduling once and then he lied and said i cancelled twice. all said and done, because my insurance ran out the second visit, i was billed approx. 5000 dollars. i appealled the bill with my insurance, which is still pending. so far they found out that they should have not billed until the procedure was complete and that on one occurance i was over billed at least once for approx $132. he called me to discuss the bill and i informed him that i was waiting for the completion of my appeal. during that conversation, he threatened me with legal action. at the end of our discussion, hehung up on me. this man is unprofessional and does not know how to run an office.
