Well the site says children are $4.75 but we went to a matinee and they were $6.00. Ridiculous prices at the concession stand ended up 4 people $35.00 for a matinee, some popcorn, nachos and a drink. Pitiful!!

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: Just got back from 'MOVIETOWN'. I doubt I will be going back. To begin with I was charged $12 dollars for two 2 year olds but, it was refunded to me after a phone call and a trip back to the theater. Second, I spent enough money on popcorn and cokes to buy 6 two liters and a box of Orville's best. It cost me $16 for two cokes (loaded with ice) and two popcorns. When I asked for extra butter that seemed to create a stir. The manager asked with a slur, "do you want it on both?" I replied with, "please" while watching his eyes roll. He took my bags, squirted them twice, sat them on the counter and watched me as I add salt. I think he was counting how many times I shook the salt shaker. Ater sitting in our seats we soon relized the six of us took up a great portion of the theater (it was small). Finally, I am proud to say my four children acted a great deal better than the teenagers in the front row. I remembered them from the lobby. The girl was dropped off by her parent and all of the boys arrived via skateboard. Nope, doubt I'll be doing another family outing at the "MOVETOWN' theater.
