unpleasantly surprised: I just moved to the Hershey area, and notice Heritage Cleaners. It looked clean and professional so I thought I would give it a try. I dropped off 8 items, and when I went to pick them up was informed that they could not find one of my jackets. The girl said this has been happening a lot, and they searched for about 10 minutes. They finally said they would call when they located the jacket, but noone ever called. After a week, I called them back and was informed that they found the jacket. Due to this hassle I will not be returning.
