    as the first comment good prices...horrible services. made an appointment on friday to have fuel delivered monday. monday comes...no show-even after i called them once. So tuesday comes at 1pm i call asking about my fuel. Oh we dont know when for sure. ok.
    same day i call again around 530..got attitude from secretary. they don't know where their drivers are or when they will be back.
    the sad thing about this is....i live a stone-throw away from them.
    not to sound rude or stuckup.....but i should have been the first they delivered to on monday or tuesday.

    Good fuel prices...HORRIBLE service!: We have been a customer of theirs for several years and their 24 hr emergency service is a joke! I am writing this as I sit in a 54 degree house after calling their 24 hr emergency number 4 times telling them we have no heat! It has now been 3 hours with NO call back! Completely unacceptable!
