User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood food, excellent service. Received our food after about 15mins after ordering. Waitress checked on us every 5 mins. to see if we needed anything, Price is reasonable compared to Applebee's or Chili's in Buffalo region in New York but with better service. Really close to the Hershey park made it an excellent chose for us after leaving the park.

If you have kids - this is the place to go. This restaurant is very kid friendly and the menu includes fabulous burgers and salads. I have always had great service.

We visit Hershey Park for the 4th. Ate at the red Robin last year, food was cold and greasy. Service was horrible and the place was not even full. This year we were starving and thought we would give it another chance. Buffulo wings cold, BBQ grilled chicken salad had 4 very small strips, lettuce was brown, french fries were cold. The table across from us complained to the manager of cold food also. There appetizer was comped. Asked three times for drink refills that came as we were leaving. Will pass next year.
