User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had great service and in-depth help with picking up a ham for a party and the service and food was great. They even explained dinner deals and turkey options and gave me free samples.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRude, rude, rude, and will not correct an error. I placed an order for Christmas eve for a women's shelter, and was advised that I could pick my order up before a certain time. I arrived almost an hour before that time (I had confirmed it) and they had locked the door. I knocked, and the employees indicated 'just a minute' then hid. Finally after several minutes of knocking they gestured 'GO AWAY'. Another restaurant saw my plight, and provided Christmas dinner for the shelter residents and their children, folks that had lost so much. Immediately after, I followed up with the home office, and they were uncaring and finally I was advised that I would be provided a check to buy dinner for the shelter. That check never came. It does not matter what the food is like if you have rude, uncaring folks that do not care about customer service- obviously a philosphy that is carried on to the highest levels of the company.
