    they gave me the best trade in, gave me kbb value even though it wasnt really worth kbb value....haha but then they also gave me a great deal on my new coupe (well below sticker) overall, best Honda dealership in central PA. would buy from again.

    Smooth problem free transaction...: I purchased a pre-owned SUV and had no problems. They had everything ready on time and the salesperson even found a better loan rate than I was originally quoted. I would definitely go there again.

    Rude sales, useless services: DON'T purchase cars from this dealer!!!!!

    The sales personnel were very rude and sneaky.

    The services never fix the problems of my new car, they just denied that were problems, they said those are normal for a new car. They even force-broke the part in order to get access to the car. Eventually, I sent the car to Faulkner Honda to fix. Faulkner did good job.
