Was very pleased with this farm! Pastures are large and full of grass, exceptional turn out time. Indoor is large with good, sand footing! Owners are on a great schedule - you can count on your horse being fed and turned out on time, everyday! The stalls are cleaned everyday & have never found the bedding to be too dry or dusty. This farm is definitely worth a look! Very quiet facility - no pressures!

It's a nice quite farm, with friendly staff and boarders. There is a large indoor ring and fair size outdoor ring, Plus lots of trails. The turn out areas are large and always have grass. Lessons and training are also available. It's a great farm and I would recommend it to any horseman.

Not for the Serious Horse Person: I read the previous review and concur on all accounts. The only things I would add are:

- the bedding is sparse and extremely dusty
- some of the stalls don't have mats so the horses are standing in pits
- the owners are very amateur and aren't nearly as conscientious as they portrayed themselves when I visited the facility before moving my horse to their farm
- I moved my horse out of the facilty after 2 weeks

This place is definitely NOT for the serious horse person.
