The food and service are both very poor at Chine One in Millersburg, PA. The food is consistantly poor quality, with very stringy meat and limp veggies. I have tried the food at this restaurant four times, mainly because there is not much choice in the area. Three of the four times my order was incorrect (pork instead of chicken, for example). When I tried to get the correct order the last time, the owner screamed at me "Free, free, all you want free. You no want pay. I no cookie for you!". She refused to give me the correct order after I had paid for it. And she kept the money for the original order that could not be eaten.

Excellent food and excellent prices!: My fiance' and I love their food and the prices. I would definitely suggest going there to anyone who loves Chinese food!

Excellent Food: I live right above this restaurant and I have so far always been satisfied by their food and service. I can understand why some people prefer to order right at the place instead of over the phone. However, when the owners have very thick Chinese accents, they can't really help it. You just have to be patient with them. Their food is excellent and so are the prices. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
