Absolutely the worst! I have a Toyota Echo that I bought from a real Toyota dealer in Jersey. It's a great car. It had me sold on the Toyota brand.
In February it developed an oil leak (at 150K miles+). I went to Rahal for service. Me and my girlfriend considered buying a new car instead but a saleslady wouldn't even help us. We were looking at Scions that did not have the price sticker on yet. She told us to go inside and find someone if we wanted to know how much they were. By the way I had CASH to buy a new car.
We decided to get the seal replaced. What a nightmare!!! I already told the genius manning the service desk what my mechanic had found. must have been a York County College grad (what have you learned today? That Pennsyltuckians are stupid and arrogant!!!) The idiot didn't look into his inventory screen so he could tell me that THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART. After wasting a day of shuffling for a ride to work I had to wait three days for the repair. When I asked another Rahal moron if I could drive it and how bad was it, he just looked at the paper and said "it has a leak". Thank you Einstein!!!! Consult the freaking mechanic!!! But no, that wasn't done. After three days it was fixed. After that I had another leak. I took it to Mullens in Carlilse. He asked me why Rahal hadn't fixed that leak since it was obvious to him that it was there. I was steamed.
Suffice to say, Bobby Rahal: piss-poor customer service and rude nitwit employees. Despite my belief that I think Toyota makes the best cars running I'll never own another thanks to Bobby Rahal.
