I've only eaten there a few times, but every time it's good food, good people, and good service all the way - what more could you ask for ??!? It's reasonably priced, " Kelly" was a good communicator, attentive and helpful.
The crowd is local and friendly. The atmosphere - I guess historically once a Cornwall estate mansion in what was then known as "Bismark" instead of "Quentin," is a travel back in time to a simpler time and place.
The food isn't the overwhelmingly salty, pre-proportioned chain food: it's Not that Friday's - Ruby Tuesday kind of fare, but rather the en trees are obviously caringly prepared individually from scratch.
If you like your meal healthy and not overseasoned, the server suggested custom preparation and that is EXACTLY as it was presented. You don't have to be afraid to eat out ( ! )
The down-home crowd is in no danger of having a Mensa convention, but hey ! - it's a hearty, healthy, and wise choice for just plain good cuisine..
We just keep on coming back!!!: The Quentin Tavern has great food. My family and I find ourselves choosing this restaurant a lot. My husband LOVES the wings here. The staff is very friendly. The deck is so peaceful in the summer. I just love spending our summer nights on the deck enjoying a margarita or a nice cold beer.
Loved it, taking the kids and grandkids back!: We liked the wait staff, very friendly! The food was very good, good portions, and served nice and hot! We liked it so much were taking the family !!
