User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have never received the unprofessional service as I did from Woodlawn Gardens at an obviously difficult time. Heinous and appalling are the only words that can express my interaction. The representative disputed the timeframe the funeral director gave us and was not able to fit us into his schedule. He was more concerned with discrediting the funeral director than with helping my family. It was a terrible experience I would not wish on anyone especially in a time of loss.
