I had been looking for a good Precision cutter and found one here. Carrie did a great job with my request to correct a bad cut I had recieved elsewhere and gave me "wash and wear" hair that looks classy!

This is a beautiful, clean, and well-kept salon and spa, somewhat pricey for the area.

I had scheduled a facial, eyebrow wax, and had also requested an additional eye treatment that I was told at the time of booking there was not time for, but they would put on a list in case of a cancellation.

I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and was taken back for services almost immediately. The wax was satisfactory. The technician informed me that there was still not time available for the eye treatment I had requested, but shortly after the beginning the facial, she suggested adding a Glycolic peel for an additional $25.00. I thought it a bit unusual there was time for a $25.00 peel, but no time for a $18.00 eye treatment.

The facial was satisfactory, but nothing luxurious or special. I have had better quality facials for lower prices. The $76.00 facial I had scheduled was listed in their brochure as lasting approximately 80 minutes. I was in and out of the salon in less than 60 minutes, waxing included. I couldn't help but wonder if my services had been cut short in order to make time for additional clients.

As the technician was walking me out the to the reception desk, I handed her a cash tip. The receptionist gave me my total, and I handed her cash. She then asked if "I would like to add a gratuity to that?" I could see that as a somewhat reasonable question if I was paying by credit or debit card, but with cash it is a bit pushy and greedy.

If money is no object, and you need ambiance and atmosphere, Warm Springs may be the place for you. However in my experience, equal and better quality service is available locally at better prices, I suggest you shop around.

i have been struggling to find a decent salon since moving to the area 6 months ago. i am so happy to finally have found one. warmsprings is a beautiful, relaxing facility. the girls are extremely friendly. carrie did wonders with my hair, which needed serious help. i am extremely pleased with the service that i received here, and will recommend it to anyone in need of a great salon.
