My husband just bought a car here and they were awesome. The sales consultant knew what we were willing to pay how much we wanted for our trade in and made it all happen. He explained all the bells and whistles in the car to us (which seems annoying when you just want to get in and go home until they don't do it... like Harrisburg Toyota did and I couldn't figure out how to open my gas tank and felt stupid). Every associate in that building was a pleasure form the salesman to the mechanics to the desk guy doing our paperwork. Now I'm sorry I didn't go there.

Won't ever go back: To make a long story short, I did the salesman's job. I should have been asked to be put on their payroll. First, he wanted me to change my schedule around his. Then he was suppose to have the vehicle at his location but didn't so he was suppose to come to where I was but he didn't, I had to drive it to him. The kicker - I had to put gas in the vehicle b/c the gas light came on as I was test driving it! I think the saying on their website is something about treating their customers like family. Well, if my family treated me that way, I would disown them!! I will never return to either location I went to or to the salesman.
