Won't Deal Dispite What Their Commercials Say: We went into Antrim Way Honda looking for a new Civic and they wanted to charge me stick price for the car. I told them I wouldn't pay sticker for a car and they said they would drop the price $100 because they sell all of their Civics for sticker price. I had bought a new CR-V at Antrim Way in 2001 and I figured as a returning customer they would take care of me, but boy was I wrong. I felt insulted and mad about dealing with them and we left and went to Hagerstown Honda and they took $1000 off of their price on the Civic and they installed splash guards for free. We will be looking for a new Ridgeline in the next several months and I certainly will be going to Hagerstown Honda.

You will get taken by this dishonest bunch!!!: I purchased my first Honda Element from Antrim Way, and it was a degrating and miserable experience. I was young and in college and broke.They acted as if my business was not even remotely important. In fact, they had me in tears through most of the process. We put a huge number of miles on our vehicles, so i traded my 2004 for an '05 at Hagerstown Honda. The experience was smooth - no problems. I walked away with a comparable payment plus a trailer hitch and a roofrack, and complimnetary seat covers. They got me a 1.9% financing rate. In a year and a half, we had put 60,000 miles on the car and were lored back to Antrim Way. They painted a pretty picture, saying that my car payment would only go up $23.00. We said okay. Upon signing papers, it was revealed that my interest rate would be 8% and my new payment almost $600. I said NO WAY - give me my car back. They schmoozed us more saying they could get those numbers down. I asked if they had any interest special that month, and in fact, in December they did for 3.9%. Honda lied to my face. They also told me they were giving me 17000 for my trade in - only to find out later that they only gave me 11000. Yes, they reduced the payment, but not at a loss for them. They extended the legth of my loan. I am appauled by the unprofessionalism and unethical manner wih which this company does busuness, This is the second time I have put my trust in them, and they used that lack of car buying savvy to screw me. Hagerstown Honda is only 15 minutes away. They will do good business with you. Don't get swindled by Antrim Way Honda.
