I have bought 3 vehicles from buchanan auto park and everyone has been a pleasant experience. The lube center is quick and efficent when you need oil changes tire rotations etc. My wife had a steering rack go out in her van and it was repaired the next day, Susan the manager is top shelf.I would recommend anyone to deal at buchanan auto park

bought my car from buchanan auto park and the lube center is a entity of this establishment(in the same building) 6 months after i bought my car the engine blew and had to replace it. sameday i picked it up check engine light came on took it back they gave me a bad water pump, ok took home that same day they had to come pick up my car on a tilt bed because it was spraying antifreeze all over the place. Who replaces and engine with another bad engine this place has no respect from me and i am wondering how long before my car breaks down again i have two kids a 1 month old and a 2year old. How convient is it gonna be for me to walk my kids12 miles to a doctors appointment . Total thumbs down customer sevice i wouldn't pay these techs to change my wiper fluid i suggest that you don't either.........
