   nice people, good prices, but can no longer afford damage to wheels. 2 sets of custom wheels, 1 on a brand new car, were carved and scratched up by delinquent equipment or installers and on a third car they cracked the hubcap on one of the wheels

   I was desperate for new tires. I was pushing it toward closing because I had to work late. I caught in traffic and road construction on the way there. I called and talked to a lady and told her I was running late, she reiterated what closing time was,I told her I was trying I was on my way and once again she said what time close was. When i pulled in it was about 10 minutes past close and every thing was closed up. My heart sank just then Randy and one of his helpers walked out and ask if I was the lady that called. I said yes and how greatful I was he waited. He said he knew I was on my way and wasn't going to leave me stranded. I will gladly drive from the west side of gettysburg even thought we have plenty tire places closer because that was what customer service is all about.
