   After years of ordering flowers here, I won't be ordering any more. They've switched to Teleflora, but I had no idea. So while I'm telling the girl about an FTD #, she has no idea what I'm talking about. So I jump to Teleflora. I'm giving her a Teleflora #, and still - no idea what I'm talking about. She told me that she couldn't find what # I was talking about. Eventually I told her that I'd just get my flowers somewhere else. It shouldn't be that hard to order flowers. I've always been able to find a design and call them and bang - easy as pie. Not anymore. It doesn't help them to have someone so CLUELESS trying to help either.
   
   Ridiculous.

   Let's be fair. Carl's Creations has a tremendous investment in their beautiful collectibles and floral arrangements. When people handle all those very delicate items, they are not always mindful of the costs in time, labor and materials to the owner. These are huge investments you are looking at and handling. And kids are the worst about touching and damaging things in a store, especially when parents aren't minding those kids! I also know how awful some customers can be, as my niece deals with them daily in her retail job. No matter how hard she tries to please them, they are rude, impatient, arrogant and condescending. So let's be fair when store owners seem a bit protective of their merchandise and just be grateful that someone in Littlestown has such an incredible stock of exquisite collectibles and floral arrangements so we don't have to drive to big cities and pay those ridiculous prices.

   This store is beautiful. The selection of flowers and gifts is huge. The arrangements are the most beautiful I've ever seen. They will custom make any floral arrangement you need and the pricing for this service is very reasonable. They have a huge gift room and the largest selection of Jim Shore art that I've ever seen. I love this store.
