    these guys must have a cumulative IQ of babboon. Can't even put the oil drain plug back on properly and caused me lots of headaches. DON'T GO HERE.

    Good Quality Work & Honest: I generally use Monroe on E Market Street for Pa State Inspection. The guys here are courteous and will always shoot you straight. They wont try to sell you, until you actually need the service. For quality work at a reasonable price call Steve or Josh at Monro Muffler.
