No time for simple requests: I called just to get new inspection stickers as I had my windsheild
replaced and the lady told me she didn't have any time to do this.
I said "I am not asking for an inspection, just the new stickers". She said
that it takes time to do the paperwork and such and she wouldn't have
anything for a week. I said thank you and took my business elsewhere.
I surely will not call them for any service in the future, that is for sure.
That is sad when you can't take a few minutes to give someone a few
sticker replacements - obviously if that is to much to ask and you have
to actually schedule an appointment for that, then they don't need any
more business because they have enough, or they are understaffed. What
a sad business, they could have made a customer out of my as I never
went there, but nope...only bad to say for me. I can't wait to tell my 7
people.
