Central Park Town Homes

You will not find a better apartment in York County for the money. I believe the rate for a 3 bedroom is currently $910/month. A 2 bedroom townhome with the same square footage at Waterford would cost you about $1200/month. Our apartment is pretty nice. Most of the apartments have cherry or white cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, washer, dryer, dishwasher, central a/c (all have that), and a nice patio area. The apartment complex is very flexible with allowing you to make your apartment like home. We installed ceiling fans, painted some of the walls, hung curtains in all our rooms, and planted flowers. The landlord is very helpful and incredibly easy to get along with. They are slow on making minor repairs right now due to being short staffed, but I would still definetely reccommend them. Parking can sometimes be a little hard to find, but I've never had to park more than 10 cars away from my apartment. As far as the tenants go, most of them are nice and easily to get along with. Every once in awhile you have someone move in that cares about no one but themselves....but you have that anywhere.

I live here now also and I have to say that you're not going to find a better 2br townhome for the price. Parking is probably the biggest issue that I have. My neighbor has 3 cars including a motorcycle that just sits year round and takes up a parking space that could be used for other cars. I sometimes have to park my car and walk about a minute, but its not like I'm parking 1/4 mile away.

The maintenance crew and office are very responsive and will help if you have a problem. I usually get repairs done the same day I call. They are quick to get back to you.

I don't know about the other town homes but mine isn't bad looking inside. There is a slight problem with the plumbing in the downstairs bathroom and the water slows down to nothing while you wash your hands, its very weird. That is just a minor complaint though. We have a dishwasher and compact washer/dryer and central AC. I can't complain about that.

Overall you usually get what you pay for but Central Park Townhomes will give you the biggest bang for your buck. Go ahead and price other 2br town homes in the greater York area. You'll end up paying over $800, sometimes even for a 1br!

I love it here: They may have parking issues, but they have done everything in there power to fix it. I have lived here for about a year in a hlaf. When something is broke they get it fixed. The office is the sweetest people and the are very friendly. They make it to where you feel like you are at home. You can go to the with concerns and suggestions and they listen. I love it here. It is very quite her as well.
